What is DTF Printing
DFT Printing (Direct to Film) is an advanced digital transfer technology. Designs are printed onto special film using eco-friendly inks, then transferred onto fabrics or hard surfaces through precise heat and pressure.
It captures fine details, tiny text, and smooth gradients that traditional methods can’t achieve. Works beautifully on polyester blends, performance wear, mugs, and phone cases.

Our Product
DTF Printing Process
1. Print on film
Use vibrant, durable inks to transfer the design onto a special film.
2. Powdering
Coat the printed design evenly with adhesive powder for strong bonding.
3. Melting the powder
Heat the powder to form a meltable adhesive layer on the design.
4. Transfer
Use a heat press to move the design from film to fabric
5. Cold peel
Let the film cool, then carefully peel away to reveal the design.
6. Post-pressing
Apply one more heat press to lock in the design and boost durability.
