Dye Sublimation

What is Dye Sublimation

Dye-sublimation is a molecular dye process where special inks transform from solid to gas under high heat. These gaseous molecules penetrate polyester fibers and solidify inside, becoming part of the fabric itself.

Unlike surface printing, the design is “grown” within the material—so it cannot peel, crack, or fade. This creates vibrant, permanent colors with zero texture difference. Ideal for sportswear, flags, and soft furnishings requiring frequent washing or all-over wraparound designs.

The result is photo-quality imagery that feels soft, breathes freely, and lasts forever.

Advantages

Fade-resistant prints: Ink bonds with fibers, ensuring colors won’t wash out.

Zero texture difference: Printed areas feel exactly like the base fabric.

Unlimited full-color printing: Achieves photographic-quality, full-color graphics.

Breathability preserved: Does not clog fabric pores, maintaining airflow.
